James had an amazing find this morning, a male Serin flew over the northern causeway calling. He also found a Whinchat. By the time I arrived on site a hour or so later I knew the Serin was not going to be possible, it simply had not stopped, but I did connect with the Whinchat and I also found a Wheatear, so two additions to the patch year list.

There was nothing else of note present during my visit, but it was not a bad little trip!
