A morning visit turned up an adult male Siskin, which was somewhat surprising but presumably indicates local breeding.

A Marsh Tit was a good late summer find and a Raven was heard. More usually fair came in the form of a single Great White Egret, a Green Sandpiper and four Common Sandpiper.
