A singing Treecreeper near the Canoe Club was a very late addition to the patch year list.
But the unexpected highlight of the day was a singing Cuckoo heard from the northern causeway just before 7.00am. A very scarce bird at Sutton Bingham so was thrilled to hear one on patch.
