Sutton Bingham - Tue 18 Aug

Another female-type Garganey (this one appeared to be an adult female) was at the reservoir today, this bird was at the southern end with Mallards. Common Sandpipers were still obvious with eight being present and there were still three Green Sandpipers hanging around.

Update: The female Garganey was again present on Wed 19 Aug, seen by Bob Buckler and then I also saw it again at the southern end on Friday 21 Aug, so good to see it's hanging around a while.
