Sutton Bingham - Wed 5 Aug

A quick look in the morning didn't produce anything worthy of a blog posting, but a Tweet I saw mid-afternoon coupled with the fact I was attending a meeting at the reservoir meant a chance for a quick look in the evening and I was able to relocate a Great White Egret that had been found on West Pool in the afternoon, however, it was at the southern end when I saw it. This was my seventh Great White Egret this year at Sutton Bingham, by far the most I've seen in a calendar year.
Also today three Green Sandpipers and two Common Sandpipers.
